FAQ

“We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them” - Albert Einstein

WHAT IS COACHING?

Coaching, in its modern format, has been around since the late 1990’s. People still

think of it as something new, but in reality, Coaching has been around for quite some time.

Sure, when Life Coaching was first introduced it might have looked or was presented slightly different, but Coaching is not a new concept or method.  Modern day Coaching may be more refined and a lot more commercially viable, but the principles remain the same.

Coaches use skills and knowledge to advise, support, and encourage their client.

IF HAVING A COACH COULD SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY, IT WOULD BE RIDICULOUS NOT TO HIRE ONE, WOULDN’T IT?

The question we need to ask ourselves is this: “How long can I justify spending time and money on this issue trying to figure it out for myself, knowing what Albert Einstein said about problem solving?"

WHO HIRES A COACH?

Throughout history, Kings would have an Advisor (Coach), military leaders have Strategists (Coach), World Class Athletes have trainers (Coach), and every Entertainer has a Manager (Coach).

We we can draw from the history of Coaching is that the people who
hire a Coach fall into two camps:

  • People who are at the top of their game and want to stay there, or

  • People who aspire to be at the top of their game and want to get there as fast as they can

IS HIRING A COACH RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • Are you at a point where NOT taking action is costing you time and money?

  • Do you feel stuck in your struggles?

  • Could you use encouragement and advice in moving forward?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, perhaps a coach can get you moving in the right direction to help you create the life you desire - and sooner rather than later.

WHAT DOES A COACH DO?

Coaches have the skills and knowledge to advise, support, and encourage their clients to:

  • Make sound decisions

  • Take effective actions

  • Resolve their challenges in the most efficient way possible

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

I have heard about Life coach for a while. Finally, I decided to explore. I wanted to go deeper by working with a professional. Until I met Robin, I did not know what Life Coaching was about.
Robin 's coaching is unique, it was assertive and compassionate, I must say it gave me super sweet results.
Although we did not get to meet in person, she was still able to help me very effectively.
She is deeply passionate about her work; she is a caring Life Coach in personal and professional development.
She helped me find answers to my questions quickly. I value her time and her love that she put in her works. I recommend her to anyone looking for a Life Coach over and over again.

I have worked with Coach Robin Zauss for a few months over this past year. I will continue to work with her in the years to come. She cares deeply, while helping me to dig deep within and come up with solutions and goals to life and career issues. She has helped me with planning and bringing me to an amazing level of self-accountability to attain goals and the solutions we co-creatively come up with. With each session I feel myself becoming more of the person I want to be and continue to grow still to this day. I honestly believe that her detailed, compassionate efforts working through concise questions and pulling out the information from me helps make me understand me better and allows me to push myself to higher standards I can now set for myself. If Coach Robin does not know about a topic we address, she takes the time to listen and spends her own time learning about it, so as to help with somewhat of a working knowledge of the topic moving forward.  I know I am better in my career and personal life, whether as a father/family man, or even in my personal relationships and friendships due to this working relationship with Coach Robin. As I said above, I will continue to work with Coach Robin for years to come and cannot wait to see the heights she helps me to attain.
